Please note that there are four Exhibition Sites within The Ashok Hotel premises. The stands in each site are uniquely identified by prefixes to the respective stands as follows:

Convention Hall – stand numbers are prefixed with letter “C”,
SP Hard Court & Lawn – stand numbers prefixed with letter “S”,
Front Lawn Hall A – stand numbers prefixed with letter “F”, and
Front Lawn Hall B – with stand numbers also prefixed with letter “F”.

Packages are popular and a time saving alternative to hiring individual items.

	Package A – Suitable for 12 & 15 sqm Stands Comprises Table & Two Chairs, Lockable Cupboard, Wastepaper Basket and 15amp Power Point - S$310 Per Package

	Package B – Suitable for 18 & 24 sqm Stands Comprises Table & Two Chairs, Lockable Cupboard, Coffee Table, Two Sofa Chairs, Wastepaper Basket and 15amp Power Point - S$460 Per Package

	Package C – 27sqm Stands and larger Comprises Table & Two Chairs, Lockable Cupboard, Two Coffee Tables, Four Sofa Chairs, Refrigerator, Wastepaper Basket, 15amp Power Point - S$880 Per Package

For a small premium, the Exhibitor has the opportunity to create on their stand their corporate image and branding.

C: REGISTRATION FEE

To cover extra security arrangements, computerised registration systems and company listing in the Exhibition Catalogue, a flat fee will apply, per exhibiting company based on the size of stands as follows:

All Rates and Fees are subject to prevailing Government Tax at the date of invoicing.
